Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of Orange County, New York who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and own their home (no renters or commercial properties).
This giveaway is not open to Nebrasky customers who have already received an installation quote.
Employees of Nebrasky Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a free furnace or boiler (up to a $5,000 value).
The winner must have the furnace or boiler installed by Nebrasky.
The winner is responsible for all other costs, including costs exceeding $5,000 related to the furnace or boiler itself, installation, labor, materials, permits, or home modifications required for installation (ductwork modifications or additions, air condition or AC coils, plumbing, zone valves, asbestos removal, fuel conversion, chimney liners, etc.)
No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.
The prize is non-transferable.
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Nebrasky Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Odds

Winner Selection & Notification

The Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Dec. 19, 2024.
The Winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 days of the drawing.
If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 2 days of notification, an alternate Winner may be selected.
Nebrasky Plumbing, Heating & Cooling shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notiﬁcation was sent, or fails to return a completed and executed declaration and release as required in a timely manner, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected.
Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT NEBRASKY PLUMBING, HEATING & COOLING’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

THIS CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF USA AND NEW YORK STATE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
