  • What's Included: Our service calls include travel and the first 30 minutes of labor to diagnose your system. Once our technician has checked your system, they’ll review their findings with you and any recommended repairs. Our goal is to get your system running optimally as quickly as possible!
  • Clear Explanations: Before we begin any work, our technicians will thoroughly explain the issue and provide an estimate of the cost.
  • Upfront Pricing: We believe in honest pricing. Our service call fees do not change. The chart above shows exactly what you will pay, depending on your address and your Home Care Club member status.
  • No Hidden Fees: We'll always be upfront about these costs. There will be no hidden “gotcha” fees or charges down the line!
  • The Nebrasky Price Promise: We guarantee that the estimate you receive upfront is the price you pay when the job is done, AND, we offer interest-free financing.

What counts as emergency service versus standard service?

  • STANDARD SERVICE

    • Any appointment or service within our regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday)
  • EMERGENCY SERVICE

    • Necessary as soon as possible
    • After 5 p.m. on weekdays
    • Anytime on weekends

    When you call us in your hour of need, our team will discuss the issue with you and provide a quote for an emergency appointment PRIOR to the service. At that point, you can decide whether it’s still an emergency and you need service NOW, or whether you can wait to have someone conduct the service during our regular business hours.

    Emergency Service Hours

    Monday - Friday: 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.
    Saturday & Sunday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
