My service people, Keith and Phil, who I saw on Monday and Tuesday, the week of April 20, 2026, were just wonderful. They explain everything clearly and let me make the decisions. Thank you Nebraska for almost eleven years of service. The Monday appointment was part of my maintenance program, which I find to be a wonderful concept. Technician Greg Stevens did a preventive maintenance check on my A/C system. He was very thorough and a real professional. He explained all the things I can do to improve the system so it could more efficiently.

The technicians are very conscientious - wearing shoe protectors inside the house and they made sure to that all is clean before they leave.
