Nebrasky's Toilet Bowl Races are hitting the road to support local causes across the Hudson Valley. Racers sit on their porcelain thrones and propel themselves toward the finish line using nothing but plunger paddles. It's fast, it's hilarious, and every dollar raised goes directly to the community.

Why We Race

Paul Nebrasky has always believed that giving back is part of doing business right. When he saw Toilet Bowl Races held in other states, he knew he wanted to bring the idea home to the Hudson Valley. What started as an annual event at the Hudson Valley Plane Pull has grown into a traveling fundraiser — appearing at events across the region, raising money for local organizations, and having a lot of fun along the way.

We race because the Hudson Valley has supported us for decades. This is how we return the favor.

Race Rules & Restrictions

Racers must be 18 years old or older to compete on full-size carts and be eligible for prizes.
Racers must be properly attired/equipped for race, including closed-toe shoes and a Nebrasky-provided helmet.
Races will be conducted in the following fashion:
- Racers will register on the day of the event at Nebrasky’s registration area by filling out the sign-up sheet and paying the required donation to enter via cash or the ACS mobile FUNdraising app.
- Each race will be overseen/monitored by Nebrasky team members. Please be respectful toward our members.
- Nebrasky team members will line up racers and prompt them to start. Races will be monitored with cellphone stopwatches. The first player to reach the finish line wins, and their time will be recorded.
- Each race will have a winner, but winner times will be recorded throughout the day to determine the ultimate winner of the day (the one with the fastest overall time).
- Racers may race multiple times, but must pay the $5 entry donation for each race. Their shortest time will be used when determining the ultimate winner.
If participating in the Plane Pull, the racer is covered by the American Cancer Society waiver. If NOT participating in the Plane Pull, racers must sign a waiver before participating in the Toilet Bowl Races.
Nebrasky reserves the right to disqualify any racers determined to be unsafe, dangerous, or unsportsmanlike.
Racers must remain seated on the commode at all times while in motion. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
Physical contact between racers is strictly forbidden and may result in disqualification.
Please use care, caution, and courtesy during the race.
Participating in the race means you may be photographed/videotaped by Nebrasky, and these materials may be used in future promotions (website, social media, press releases, etc.).

PLEASE NOTE: Our kiddie races are FREE, but our kiddie carts have a weight limit of 60 pounds.

NEW! Sponsor a Toilet Bowl Cart

A fun, fast, and flushing good time — and a great way to give back!

We’re inviting our supply house partners to sponsor a toilet bowl cart — think mini-NASCAR meets bathroom humor — in support of local charities.

For a minimum contribution of $500, your company will be featured on one toilet bowl cart, which will appear in at least one Nebrasky Toilet Bowl Race during the 2026 event season. We’re always adding new community events throughout the year, so the earlier you sponsor, the more opportunities your cart may have to race.

Your contribution gives your company a fun, highly visible presence at community events while supporting local charitable causes.

Visibility at highly attended community events
At least one dedicated sponsor spotlight social media post
Recognition in race-day and event recap social media content
Company logo placement on your sponsored Toilet Bowl cart
Logo inclusion on select Toilet Bowl Race promotional materials, such as flyers, eblasts, and social posts
Opportunity to decorate or customize your cart within race-safe guidelines (see "Cart Customization" section below)
Inclusion in event photography and video when available

Additional Cart Sponsorships

Each $500 (min) contribution includes branding on one toilet bowl cart.

Sponsors who would like visibility on more than one cart may add additional carts for $250 each, based on availability. Additional cart sponsorships include logo placement on the additional cart but may not include additional dedicated sponsor spotlight posts unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cart availability is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cart Customization

Sponsors may add personality to their cart with race-safe decorations that do not interfere with the cart’s movement, steering, visibility, or rider safety.

Customization options may include:

Additional decals or branded stickers
Sponsor-provided flags or signage
Helmet decals
Themed decorations
Custom painted plumber/rider figures
Lightweight accessories or props approved by Nebrasky in advance

All customizations must be approved by Nebrasky before race day. Decorations may not block wheels, steering, brakes, rider visibility, or any required safety features.
