We want to thank Hector and Julio who were professional and friendly while installing my new boiler, and Keith, who came out in the pouring rain late at night to check on my chirping smoke alarms and check for leaks in my entire house. Our technician, Rob, arrived promptly within the timeframe given (12-2 pm) and notified us when he was on his way to our home. Very professional and friendly. Rob spent a good amount of time servicing our furnace and was very thorough in his work. Rob recommended replacing our unit, as it was highly rusted, and at this point, unsafe. It was very close to the end of it's functional life. Rob explained what needed to be done and why. He was very patient and clearly answered my questions, as well as taking photos of what he found inside the furnace. After approving the proposal, our furnace was fast tracked to be replaced, as cold temperatures were setting in and for safety, the old furnace had been required to be shut down. The first night with the new furnace, we had some concerns, and again, Nebrasky was prompt in our request to have, Rob in particular for his expertise, to stop in to check our furnace for our concerns. He, again, clearly explained the functioning differences of this new, smarter furnace, compared to our older model. All was well. Nebrasky has always been a very responsive company and our technician, Rob, is very knowledgeable in what he does.

We recently had our annual A/C checkup by the wonderful people at Nebrasky. A pleasure from the first phone call to the completion of service. Never needed a call back in our 37 year history.

Installed a new split system. Excellent work done, very professional and very neat. They explained what they would being doing when they first arrived and as they went along. When finished they went over the operations of the units which was extremely helpful. I hope this "A Team" of Hector and Julio come when I have the units serviced next year and thereafter.
