Initial visit for evaluation of work to be done was comprehensive and the tech patiently answered all questions we had. We were presented with options and no 'hard sell' tactics of any kind. The technicians are always friendly, professional and know exactly what needs to be done. When they leave I know that the job was done right. I also want to comment on the scheduling at the office. They always try their best to accommodate us no matter what the issue is. I appreciate that they will call back to offer scheduling options that fit our time needs.

I had a problem with my AC today, Michelle was able to get a technician to come today! I had Greg Steven’s here, he listened to what we told him, within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem and took care of it, after discussing with me. Before he left he told me of some things that we have to watch out for, for future service. Both of these people are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you very much for the advice and help.
