Wendy has always been pleasant and helpful on the phone when scheduling and asking for information. Woke up to a cold house this am and they were here within in a hour and half during the first storm of the year! New pilot sensor installed and house is toasty warm again! Nebrasky is the best!

Technician was friendly and informative

My experience with Nebrasky was great. We had over 20 feet of cast iron pipe to be removed from our basement and Nebrasky’s team was efficient and on time to fix the problem. The central office was great in responding and answering all my questions fully and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend their services!

Knowledgeable and professional employees

I can’t begin to describe adequately what an amazing job Aidan, Ryan, and Hector from Nebrasky did removing my old AC unit and installing a new one. They were all professional, courteous, and worked hard to get it done in one day .They also clean the work area perfectly after finishing. Thank you so much!

5 Stars⭐️ The technician (Dave) was very thorough with the inspection of our heating system. He explained everything he was checking and was very friendly. He also walked me through some troubleshooting techniques over the phone on Saturday to get my system back up and running. We were very pleased with our service and we would recommend Nebrasky in the future to our neighborhood. We will definitely have Nebrasky service our system every year going forward.

Nebrasky had a friendly phone staff and made sure I got an appointment time that fit my schedule. I was very happy that the technician was timely as I asked since I was on a time crunch. Very professional and knowledgeable and accommodating.

Was having water pressure issues and called Nebrasky. Greg was the plumber dispatched to my home who was very professional. It was obvious that they truly wanted to help and weren’t looking to just bill me. The. Morning they were scheduled to come out , I received a call asking to go over the symptoms I was having as Greg was at another residence in my town who was also having issues and it turned out the Town was doing work. They were trying to save me from having to pay the diagnostic fee. Unfortunately that was not my issue as I live across town from where the issue was .Anyway Greg came to the house diagnosed the issue as being a PRV valve , explained that he would try to clean the screen to see if it helps but that if it didn’t the PRV would need to be replaced .. He fully explained the different options and costs associated with each and once given the ok quickly went to work and resolved the issue. Based on this experience Nebrasky will be my go to company for plumbing heating HVAC work. Thank you

Our ac stopped working on the hottest day of the year. I called Nebrasky at 9:00 AM and a technician was at my house by 1:00. He fixed the problem and didn’t overcharge us. I will use Nebrasky for all our HVAC needs in the future!
