I was excited that my technician Keith was on time and diagnosed the problem and explained the repair

I have been a very satisfied Nebrasky customer for over 6 years. Each and every time I have needed service or new equipment they have exceeded all of my many expectations. Today, Felipe installed a new shower system to my bathroom. I swear he left all areas he touched cleaner than when he came in. Everyone ever here has been professional, knowledgeable and personable. Incredible company.

Keith was right on time, very professional, friendly and able to explain the issues in a way that was easy to understand! It was such a relief to have him fix it. I will definitely be calling them for service in the future!

Our furnace went during the coldest part of this winter season (2/10/26- below zero temps). I called Nebrasky in the afternoon and they came out within 2 hours that day. The service tech & office staff made sure I was pleased and satisfied with their service. No question was left without an answer. The tech staff arrived on time and immediately made a plan on wat need to be done. The office staff was knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone having a plumbing or heating problem
