After any service is provided or one of our technicians visits a customer’s home, we ask our customers to fill out a short online survey to review their experience. We use customer feedback to better our performance and practices. We value the opinions and experiences of the people we service. Once the questionnaire is complete, it is reviewed by the Nebrasky staff.
Each job and customer is unique, and we take the time to confirm that all needs were met. Every survey contributes valuable information.
A large part of our service is making people comfortable in their own homes; we would like them to be just as relaxed dealing with the services needed to maintain their home.
