Campaign aims to educate home and business owners about energy-saving opportunities
MONROE, N.Y. (August 31, 2020) – Nebrasky Plumbing, Heating & Cooling has recently been named a participating contractor with HeatSmart Orange, a nonprofit, community education and group-purchasing campaign. The effort brings awareness of updated energy-saving technologies and connects home and/or business owners with local heating and cooling experts that install the latest in clean technologies, offer campaign discounts and help maximize program rebates.
Through the HeatSmart Orange campaign, residents can discover eligibility for incentives to weatherize or take advantage of an opportunity to save on geothermal or air source heat pumps, which are cleaner, smarter and healthier options for homes and businesses. The campaign offers educational events and house tours; free home energy audits and campaign discounts; rebate paperwork assistance; and phone and email support.
“Energy conservation is important to us at Nebrasky Plumbing, Heating & Cooling,” said company President and CEO Paul Nebrasky. “We’re proud to be affiliated with a campaign that will educate consumers and steer them on the right path to saving energy and money.”
HeatSmart Orange is made possible by a partnership with Orange County, Energize NY and the New York State Research and Development Authority. The campaign is directed by community leaders who are volunteering their time to support the effort. To learn more about HeatSmart Orange, visit heatsmartny.com.
