Paul Nebrasky
Owner
Despite facing significant challenges early in life, including being expelled from school at just 10 years old and battling a chronic medical condition that nearly derailed his high school graduation, Paul Nebrasky has become a testament to resilience and determination. At the age of 23, Paul took over his father’s struggling business and transformed it into a thriving enterprise. Today, Nebrasky Plumbing, Heating & Cooling has been in business for over 30 years, employing more than 35 people and serving thousands of clients.
Paul’s professional achievements are widely recognized. He has been featured in national publications as a leading plumbing contractor and speaker. Locally, his company has won the titles of Best Plumber and Best HVAC Service multiple times throughout the years in the annual Times Herald-Record's Readers’ Choice & Community's Choice Awards.
In addition to managing his business, Paul is deeply committed to giving back to the community. Together with his wife, Ilene, he runs the Nebrasky Foundation, an educational nonprofit that helps young adults who have struggled in school enter the trades or trade schools. Paul also enjoys spending time with his family, whether in Florida, Texas, Massachusetts, or Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the Warwick Rotary Club and is involved in various philanthropic activities. When he’s not working or volunteering, you might find him fishing or attending a Bruce Springsteen concert.
FUN FACT: Kevin is a die hard New York Yankees fan.
Kevin Fisher
New Construction Plumbing Manager
Kevin is an integral part of Nebrasky and runs the New Construction Plumbing Division. Kevin has been friends with Paul Nebrasky since high school and is a huge dog lover. He loves playing racquetball and softball and spending time on the beach!

FUN FACT: Wendy’s office nickname is “Mom” and she sees a James Taylor Concert at LEAST once a year and is a grandmother of five (and counting).
Wendy Abbagliato
Office Manager
Wendy was born and raised in Long Island but moved to Orange County with her family in 1995. She was originally an office manager at her husband’s company, but made the jump to Nebrasky in 2017 and has been keeping everything running smoothly here ever since!
FUN FACT: Many years ago, Eileen was in a Rob Riener/Morgan Freeman movie! Her personal photo is a shot of the crew filming her in front of her restaurant (she even has a solo scene toward the end of the movie!).
Eileen Witt
Controller/Human Resources Manager
Eileen has 30+ years of experience as an accounting professional, and is also a former restaurant owner and occasional bartender. She loves good food and good wine – a culinary tour of Italy is on her short bucket list.

FUN FACT: Tina's happy place is their lakeside cabin in Maine with her husband, daughters, and little westie, Chloe.
Tina Buck
Special Projects/Employee Engagement
Tina enjoys being part of a team, supporting each other, and working towards a common goal. This is her third career and she brings a varied skill set to the team. At Nebrasky, she executes various corporate projects, administers our Home Depot Partnership, and facilitates our employee engagement program.

Harrison Nehrbass
HVAC Install & Field Service Manager
Harrison was born and raised in Orange County and started in the business around 13 years old with a local plumbing and heating company. He then continued his education at Orange County BOCES and went straight into the HVAC field out of High School. His favorite part of the job is providing outstanding service to make customers happy.

FUN FACT: Before Marcos' HVAC career, he worked as a touring producer on the east coast.
Marcos Cordova
HVAC Coordinator
Marcos started at Nebrasky as an installer and moved to sales and project management in 2023. He also has an amazing set of tattoo sleeves, and in his own words, is "cool, loves music, and is handsome."

Jesse Blitz

Jesse started in the koi pond industry and pivoted to Nebrasky in 2023. Since then, they've been working on innovations, projects, and admin needs.

FUN FACT: Matt is a former professional baseball player and finished in 14,944th place in the 2021 NYC Marathon.

Matt has helped customers in the HVAC industry for eight years and is happy to be a part of a locally and family-owned business!

Alex Atkien
Warehouse Coordinator
Alex grew up in Norwich, N.Y. and has been working in the HVAC industry for 10 years. He has two dogs and enjoys snowboarding in his free time (whenever he gets some).

Michele Ross
Customer Service Rep & Dispatcher
Michele worked in banking for 18 years as a branch manager and IRA dept manager. She was a Self Storage manager for seven years after, and has been at Nebrasky for the last eight years. Michele is usually the first voice you hear when you call Nebrasky for service!

Jason Jack
Lead HVAC Installer
Jason started with Nebrasky in 2024 and helped us restart our residential HVAC division. He is a humble giant that takes pride in his work and loves when the plan comes together.

Johnny Daniels

Johnny grew up in Nyack and "found his way over the mountain" and began his HVAC journey. He describes himself as a humble guy who has overcome a lot of trials but is still growing and learning.

Greg is a father of four and loves being outdoors and fishing. He started working with Nebrasky on 2013, took a short hiatus in Florida, only to come home a few years later!

Keith has over 20 years experience in the HVAC business and has been a valuable part of the Nebrasky Team as our boiler and oil specialist.
