We have been part of the Nebrasky family several years now. There are several things I love about this company. First, Michele and the office staff are very kind, helpful, professional and efficient. I love that there are actual humans answering the phones and there’s an on call service after hours. Second, the techs we’ve encountered are very family oriented and speak of their own families, and this makes my family and I feel safe when they come to work on our home. The communication at Nebrasky is crystal clear. There is a reasonable estimate fee discussed up front which is applied to your repair should you decide to have them complete work for you….why wouldn’t you? 🙂 Also, you receive an email and text about appointment confirmation, when your tech is on the way and even a bio on each tech and a photo so you know to be looking out for. We’ve had Keith to our home the most for our boiler and he’s fantastic! We highly recommend Nebrasky! They have been very good to our family and will gladly make you part of theirs.

I have been doing business with Nebrasky for several years, and I must say that they are one of the best. The employees are polite and professional. The tech that works on my hvac is always prompt and helpful. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

The Nebrasky team was amazing. They arrived on time, made sure they laid groundcloths to protect our floors, and worked in efficient manner, explaining things to us along the way. After the installation, I had a question and it was answered promptly with a follow up plan immediately put into place. These folks are pros at what they do and I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I am in year six of using Nebrasky, and have had them to my home about ten times at least for various reasons. Each time they deliver quality and dependable service. I am totally satisfied with the work and customer service. I would rate them higher than five stars if there were more to click.

I like the fact the your tech was on time. Now, The first tech that was sent could not help me. He said, "I don't know whats going on with your system." which was i bit unsettling for me. A little more than a month later i received a call asking if they can send a different tech but at the time I couldn't accommodate the request. A week after i called to find out what was going on and they told me that they will send a different tech that specialized in my problem. From the moment he showed up and spoke to me i felt better because he seemed as if he knew what he was talking about. He did the inspection and when he was done he gave a few possible causes for my problem and solution. He did say he had to still do some math to give me a definite answer but I felt a lot better about the whole issue. I am currently waiting on his answer and proposal for a repair.

Paul and his whole team were incredible during our install from start to finish. Harrison and Wendy were true professionals helping with initial questions and scheduling, and then Rob, Aiden, and Chris did a great job during the install. Every detail was taken care of and we couldn’t be happier with the work done.

Nebrasky Plumbing and Heating (family owned business) replaced our hot water heater. Greg and son Greg are a great team and had us up and running (no pun intended) in short order. Professional, courteous and efficient service as always. We've counted on Nebrasky for 28 years.

Keith was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He was pleasant and professional at all times. He was here before the scheduled time which was great! Definitely recommend!
