I called 4 plumbing companies. Actually spoke to 2. One actually showed up when they said they would. Nebrasky Plumbing. Tech that showed was friendly, informative and listened to what I wanted and needed and offered suggestions. Customer service rep I spoke to on the phone was friendly and I didn’t feel rushed. They were able to accommodate the date I wanted for the work to be done.

Friendly tech showed up within the front hours of the time frame and went right to work. I only wish that I knew that I had to provide the air filters, but not really a big problem. Great job Greg!

The technicians are always friendly, professional and know exactly what needs to be done. When they leave I know that the job was done right. I also want to comment on the scheduling at the office. They always try their best to accommodate us no matter what the issue is. I appreciate that they will call back to offer scheduling options that fit our time needs.

Good plumbing knowledgeable expensive but they get the job done. Ac tech was remarkable diagnosed the issue and got the unit running on the hottest day of the year. Great job. Highly recommend Nebrasky.

The job was done professionally from consultation through completion. I was even able to get the install date I requested 2 months in advance would recommend to anyone.

Very efficient and polite

I like the fact the your tech was on time. Now, The first tech that was sent could not help me. He said, "I don't know whats going on with your system." which was i bit unsettling for me. A little more than a month later i received a call asking if they can send a different tech but at the time I couldn't accommodate the request. A week after i called to find out what was going on and they told me that they will send a different tech that specialized in my problem. From the moment he showed up and spoke to me i felt better because he seemed as if he knew what he was talking about. He did the inspection and when he was done he gave a few possible causes for my problem and solution. He did say he had to still do some math to give me a definite answer but I felt a lot better about the whole issue. I am currently waiting on his answer and proposal for a repair.

My water heater was not working and I placed a call to Nebrasky, in the AM and they were able to get to our home that afternoon. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. The tech repaired our unit and didn't try to embellish the issue. I am satisfied with the service that was provided and I would definitely recommend them to my family, friends, and neighbors.
