Spring Plumbing Specials

Book by May 31 to get on the schedule.

Hard water and everyday wear don’t always show up as “plumbing problems” at first. They show up as dry skin and hair, inconsistent hot water, slow drains that come and go, or that nagging feeling you’re one backup away from a bigger issue.

This spring, Nebrasky is offering two straightforward specials designed to prevent costly surprises—and give you clarity fast. Choose the offer that matches what you’re seeing at home.

SPRING OFFER:

$99 Water Heater Flush

Residential tank-style units only · Includes basic water check · $340 value

$99

($340 value)

If your skin feels drier at home than anywhere else, your water may be part of the reason. Hard water and mineral buildup can affect day-to-day comfort—and inside your water heater, sediment can settle over time, reducing performance and efficiency.

A water heater flush helps clear sediment buildup so your system runs cleaner heading into the warmer months. It’s a simple preventive step that can help improve hot water consistency, reduce noise, and support longer equipment life.

Best for:

  • Noisy tanks
  • Inconsistent hot water
  • Older units
  • Heaters that haven’t been flushed in 12+ months

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Standard residential tank flush
  • Visual condition check (model & serial recorded)
  • Basic water check
  • Written summary of findings & recommendations

EXCLUSIONS

  • Not valid for commercial units
  • Not valid for combi systems
  • Not valid for tankless systems

Valid April 1–May 31 · One per household · One per year

SPRING OFFER:

$99 Main Line Camera Inspection

Available to anyone · Written summary included · Video available upon request · $250 value

$99

($250 value)

A camera inspection helps you see what’s happening inside your main line—so you’re not guessing or paying for repeat visits. It can confirm buildup, roots, damage, or a clear path—especially when you’re trying to prevent a future backup.

Especially useful if you’re dealing with:

  • Recurring “almost-clogs” (slow drains that come and go, gurgling, intermittent backups)
  • A recent backup—especially if you’re trying to prevent a repeat
  • A home purchase or pre-sale situation, where you want to understand sewer line condition
  • An older home or mature trees nearby, where root intrusion is more common
  • A recent construction/landscaping project or prior repair, and you want confirmation everything looks right

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Camera inspection of accessible main line (via existing access point/cleanout when available)
  • On-screen review of findings
  • Written summary of findings & recommended next steps
  • Separate video file available upon request

EXCLUSIONS

  • Drain clearing, repairs, excavation, or pipe replacement (quoted separately if needed)
  • Any work requiring new access to the line (quoted separately if needed)

Access Note: Camera inspections are performed through existing accessible access points/cleanouts when available. If no suitable access point is available, we’ll review options with you before proceeding.

Valid April 1–May 31 · One per household · One per year

What Happens After?

These services are preventive and diagnostic—not repair visits. If we find anything that needs attention, we’ll explain it clearly and provide pricing for next steps—only if you want to proceed.

No surprise charges. Any follow-up work is quoted and scheduled separately. If a repair or replacement is needed, ask about Nebrasky financing options.
