Whole-Home Plumbing Inspection
Standard price: $190.30
Complimentary for Home Care Club Members & New HVAC Installs
Most plumbing problems don’t announce themselves. They build quietly—a slow drain, a running toilet, a drop in water pressure you’ve stopped noticing. By the time something fails visibly, the repair is usually more disruptive (and more expensive) than it needed to be.
Nebrasky’s Whole-Home Plumbing Inspection helps you get ahead of that. In one visit, our plumber performs a 40+ point visual inspection of accessible fixtures and plumbing components, documents what we find, and walks you through next steps—so you can address issues early instead of reacting later.
- Estimated visit time: 45–60 minutes (typical single-family home, up to 4 bathrooms)
- One inspection per household per year
What’s Included
A Nebrasky plumber conducts a comprehensive inspection covering:
Water Quality & Pressure
- Water pressure reading
- Water quality testing: hardness, iron, pH
- In-depth panel available by request (sample collected on-site)
Kitchen
- Sink(s): drainage, faucet function, sprayer
- Shut-off valves & visible connections
- Disposal and filtration check (if applicable)
Bathrooms (up to 4)
- Sinks: drainage, faucet, shut-offs & connections
- Tubs/showers: drainage & fixture function
- Toilets: basic component check & shut-off valve
Laundry
- Washing machine shut-offs & hose condition
- Laundry sink drainage/fixture check (if applicable)
Whole-Home Systems
- Main shut-off valve
- Outdoor faucets
- Accessible backflow devices (visual check)
- Building sewer cleanout (if accessible)
- Water meter (visual check)
Water Heater
- Visual condition check
- Model and serial number recorded
Before we leave, we’ll review every finding with you and provide documentation, including a written checklist and your water test results. If something needs attention, we’ll explain your options clearly—repairs are quoted separately and scheduled only if you choose to move forward.
What’s Not Included
Exclusions:
- This is an inspection visit, not a repair appointment. Any recommended repairs or follow-up work are quoted and scheduled separately.
- The inspection is limited to accessible areas. We do not move appliances, open walls/ceilings, or enter crawlspaces without safe, clear access.
Main line camera inspection — $99 add-on:
- Not included in the standard inspection, but available as a $99 add-on for anyone.
- If the inspection indicates a drain concern—or if you want peace of mind about main line condition—a camera inspection is often the recommended next step.
Note: If pre-scheduled, this can typically be completed during the same visit. Otherwise, a separate dispatch may be required if the equipment is not on hand.
Spring Plumbing Specials (Optional Add-Ons)*
