This month’s spotlight is on Ryan Minshall, one of our Service Plumbers.

Ryan joined Nebrasky in 2025, but he’s been in the trade most of his life. A third-generation plumber, he started working alongside his family at just 14. Originally from Stillwater, Oklahoma, he relocated to the area three years ago—bringing with him years of hands-on experience and a deep-rooted understanding of the craft.

Lately, Ryan has been leading the charge on our spring plumbing promotions, helping homeowners get ahead of issues before they turn into bigger problems. His work reflects a strong attention to detail and a no-shortcuts approach customers appreciate.

He holds multiple certifications, including Licensed Plumber, Water Treatment, Well Water Systems, and OSHA 10—backing up his experience with proven technical knowledge.

Outside of work, Ryan trades tools for instruments. He plays guitar and bass in local cover bands, bringing the same focus and consistency to the stage as he does on the job.
